Due to the nature of our skincare, body care, and intimate products, all sales are final. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you. When reaching out, please include:

Once reviewed, our team will gladly work with you to provide a replacement or store credit when applicable.
Order Issues
Soléva is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed by the shipping carrier. Once an order has been shipped, the carrier becomes responsible for delivery. If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping information is correct before placing your order. Soléva is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
